A traditional Architectural Design/Engineering/Planning Firm with membership in the American Institute
of Architects ( and the ethics required therein) as well as expertise and use of the newest building
codes as a standard for design here on Roatan.
We strive to attain the highest aesthetic goals while maintaining environmentally friendly and cost
effective materials and methods of construction. All design and planning is geared toward the use of
local materials and labor, wherever possible, to produce the desired results. The climate, geology
and basic nature of the building process in the Bay Islands is a major consideration in all our designs.
